What can I expect from The FRIENDS™ Experience – The One in Rio?
Inspired by one of the most successful TV shows of all time, The FRIENDS™ Experience is coming to Rio de Janeiro. Fans will be able to explore identical recreations of iconic sets, see props from the show, enjoy Instagram-worthy photo ops, and grab a coffee at the FRIENDS EXPERIENCE CAFÉ. You won’t want to miss it!

VillageMall Shopping Center.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors.
How long will the event last?
Two months, from June 5th to August 3rd, 2025.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled session.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes.
Are there restrooms available?
There are no restrooms inside the experience itself, but the shopping center offers public restrooms.
Will there be food available?
Yes, the FRIENDS EXPERIENCE CAFÉ will offer classic FRIENDS™-themed recipes.
Will there be vegan or gluten-free options?
No.
Can I use my phone during the event?
Yes, preferably on silent mode.
Can I film the event?
Yes, using your phone. Professional filming equipment is not allowed unless previously authorized by the production team.
Do I need to wear a mask?
No.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my session?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled session.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you miss your session time, you may be accommodated in the next available session, depending on capacity.
Are pets allowed?

The exhibition is open to all ages, but unaccompanied minors are subject to age guidelines.

Yes, at the shopping center. Parking fees are charged separately.

Umbrellas, selfie sticks, bladed weapons, firearms, and fireworks.

TICKETS
Can I buy a ticket at the venue?
Ticket availability after the event opens is limited and subject to availability. It is best to purchase your ticket in advance to secure your spot. All tickets should be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving.

Who is eligible for discounted tickets?
Discounted tickets are available for public school teachers (federal, state, and municipal), individuals with disabilities and one companion, students, and seniors. Click here for more information about eligibility and required documentation.
What does the ticket include?
Access to the exhibition and to Central Perk. Items sold at the Café and Shop are not included in the ticket price.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, just show your Fever ticket(s) from the app or your email when you arrive.
Are refunds allowed?
Yes, refunds are allowed if the purchase is canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Please email (ola@feverup.com)[mailto:ola@feverup.com] to modify or cancel your ticket.
Can I reschedule my ticket or upgrade/downgrade it?
To access other time slots on the same day, you must purchase the FLEX Add-On. For date changes, requests will be reviewed by the event’s organizing committee.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your ticket and QR Code in the Fever app under the “Tickets” section. If you don’t have the app, download it from the App Store or Google Play. Make sure to log in with the same email you used to purchase the ticket.
How do I know my assigned spot?
There are no assigned spots at the exhibition. Just arrive at your scheduled time and you’ll be guided through the experience.
Can I leave during the event?
Let a staff member know, and they will assist you to the exit. Unfortunately, re-entry is not allowed.
Why are there different ticket prices?
There are various ticket types, such as flexible-time tickets, which offer more convenience and are priced accordingly. You can also purchase additional items like souvenirs, a coffee + cookie combo, or a photo.
I can’t go on my scheduled date. Will there be more dates?
The exhibition runs daily (except Mondays) through August. We’ll be happy to welcome you on another date during this period.
